Actalent is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Verdi, NV for data center and electrical construction project support. You will work with experienced leaders, helping plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects on schedule and within budget. The role blends office and field exposure to build broad PM experience.

This onsite position emphasizes procurement support, documentation, and effective communication with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to drive project success.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of experience in Construction Project Engineering, Project Coordination, or related PM roles.
• Understanding of project management principles and field operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, data center, or mission-critical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Support procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate with field teams.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reports.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Track milestones and help ensure deadlines.

What You'll Do
