Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale industrial construction and engineering initiatives in Denver. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, execution and successful delivery, coordinating schedules, budgets and risk management.

The role emphasizes direct-to-owner projects, high visibility, mentoring of engineers, and a mix of onsite and occasional remote work within a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
  • Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and project teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
  • Bluebeam experience preferred.
  • Industrial, mechanical, structural, material handling, or construction project experience is highly desirable.

Project Manager (3+ Years Experience)Lead Complex Industrial Projects with a Growing Industry Leader!

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee large-scale industrial construction and engineering projects across aviation, parcel distribution, logistics, postal, and food & beverage markets.

This role offers the opportunity to manage highly visible projects directly with owners and end users while leading multidisciplinary teams through planning, execution, and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from award through closeout

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
