Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with database software (Access, SAP, or equivalent).
  • Utility industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support project management staff in completing necessary tasks/deliverables to ensure project success.
  • Input data and records into tracking systems, project management tools, and client systems of record ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders on project status.
  • Perform necessary tasks to ensure project completion such as sending easement requests, confirming receipt of payment/executed contracts, releasing meters to Client operations personnel.
  • Check project status and dependencies, and communicating status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Inputting data into Client systems and generating reports regarding project status/health for stakeholders.
  • Processing initial customer submittals, routing submittals to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Sending/receiving documents, designs, etc. to stakeholders as required.
  • Attend status update calls with stakeholders, presenting on current project status.
  • Perform ad-hoc reviews and/or generate ad-hoc reports as required by leadership.

Job description

Duration: 18 Months (Hybrid: Onsite Mon & Tuesday and as needed)
Shift timing: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Job Description
  • Support project management staff in completing necessary tasks/deliverables to ensure project success
  • Input data and records into tracking systems, project management tools, and client systems of record ensuring data integrity
  • Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders on project status
  • Perform necessary tasks to ensure project completion such as (but not limited to):
  • Sending easement requests
  • Confirming receipt of payment/executed contracts
  • Releasing meters to Client operations personnel
  • Checking project status and dependencies, and communicating status to internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills/Attributes

1. Min High School Diploma or equivalent

2. Min. 2 years analytical experience reviewing and interpreting data sets

3. Min. 2 years project coordination/management experience

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

5. Utility industry experience preferred

6. Experience with database software (Access, SAP, or equivalent)
