Job summary

The Bachrach Group, working with a Developer/Builder/Operator, is supporting a 1.3 million square foot, roughly 800-unit mid-rise residential project in Fresh Meadows, Queens. They are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the team on this project and a pipeline of future assignments.

You will assist with RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings, coordinate procurement, and prepare change-order backups and documentation, blending site coordination with office support for a growing New York
