As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for a construction professional looking to take the next step in their career while gaining hands‑on experience managing complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working for a commercial general contractor or major trade subcontractor and demonstrate proficiency in the day-to-day management of commercial construction projects.
Candidates should have hands‑on experience preparing RFIs, managing submittals, reviewing drawings and specifications, tracking project budgets and costs, coordinating subcontractors, administering contracts, and utilizing industry-standard construction software including Bluebeam Revu, PlanGrid, Microsoft Project, Sage 300, and CMiC Field.
The successful candidate will actively support project planning, document control, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, cost tracking, procurement activities, and project execution. The ability to identify design conflicts, communicate effectively with project stakeholders, and proactively support project success is essential.
