Job summary

Knobelsdorff in Minnesota is seeking an energetic administrative and operations coordinator to support the Energy division across the project lifecycle. You will manage project documentation, track schedules, and facilitate field and office communications to keep projects running smoothly and safely.

The role emphasizes safety, people, passion, and performance, with responsibilities that span meetings, reporting, and coordination with project managers and construction teams.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Field experience in project or construction support roles.
  • Familiarity with construction drawings and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (experience with Procore/Smartsheets a plus).
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% throughout the region (including overnight stays).
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $60,000–$90,000 per year

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and sit for long periods of time
  • Must be capable of working in inclement conditions including extreme hot and cold temperatures
  • Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs.
