Assistant Project Manager | Multifamily Construction | Marietta, GA | $55,000–$75,000

We're recruiting on behalf of an established and growing multifamily general contractor based near the Battery in Marietta with 20+ years of experience and over 10,000 apartment units built across the Southeast. This is a team that knows how to build — and more importantly, knows how to develop people.

The Opportunity

This is a field‑based APM seat with real ownership from day one. You'll work directly alongside a Senior Project Manager on active multifamily projects across metro Atlanta — managing subs, tracking budgets and schedules, and learning the full construction lifecycle from the ground up. The team is tight‑knit, highly motivated, and built for people who want to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Solicit bids and negotiate with subcontractors
• Manage day‑to‑day subcontractor performance in the field
• Track project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate material lists and procurement
• Serve as a professional point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
• Travel to active job sites across metro Atlanta

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required — Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field strongly preferred
• Internship experience or up to a few years in construction — new grads with the right foundation will be considered
• Strong communicator — written and verbal
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and eager to grow
• Accounting or finance exposure is a bonus (this company thinks about the whole deal)

Compensation & Details
