Overview

Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

Allegiance Construction is partnering with a well-established GC based in Atlanta, delivering high-quality multifamily and mixed-use projects across the Southeast for over 30 years. They are expanding with new planned projects across Georgia and the Sunbelt and are building out their senior project leadership team.

With multiple multifamily developments already awarded and breaking ground within the next 90 days, this is your chance to step into a Project Manager role at a pivotal time and help lead the charge during a period of strong, strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Take the reins on new ground-up multifamily projects across the Atlanta metro area, overseeing from preconstruction through close-out.
• Drive the project schedule, manage the budget, coordinate subs, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding high standards.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multifamily builds from start to finish, ideally in garden-style, mid-rise, or podium-style construction.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
