We are looking for entry‑level talent with a positive attitude, great communication, and strong logistical skills who can work independently while remaining a dedicated team player.

Locations & Reporting

Candidates will report directly to their Area Manager and ultimately oversee up to 7 communities simultaneously within their assigned territory:

  • North Atlanta Territory: Focused on the GA 400 corridor, including Alpharetta, Dawsonville, Cummings, and Canton.
  • South Atlanta Territory: Covering Stockbridge, McDonough, Griffin, Peachtree City, Tyrone, and Newnan.
Core Responsibilities

Strategic Field & Project Leadership

  • Territory Oversight: Plan, schedule, and lead multiple residential projects, overseeing the installation of concrete slabs, driveways, and concrete walls.
  • Project Lifecycle: Take full ownership of the build, ensuring projects hit deadlines and budget targets.
  • Precision Quality Control: Perform rigorous site walks before, during, and after pours to serve as the final authority on quality.
  • Verification: Confirm all measurements and work against plans, codes, and specifications.
  • Inspections: Directly manage and work through all required project inspections.
Subcontractor & Resource Logistic
  • Crew Management: Schedule and direct subcontractor crews with a focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. Note: You are responsible for scheduling and oversight; you will not be required to manually pour concrete.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Manage real‑time material orders and vendor deliveries to eliminate downtime.
  • Relationship Architecture: Build and leverage long‑term relationships with builders, inspectors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project flow.
  • Fiscal Accuracy: Partner with internal accounting teams to ensure flawless billing and verify purchase orders (POs).
  • Dispute Resolution: Proactively resolve billing discrepancies and support the timely collection of change orders.
  • Project Documentation: Utilize internal tracking systems to manage job scope and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Emerging Talent: Recent college graduates (6‑12 months of experience) open to learning the construction industry.
  • Junior Professionals: 1‑2 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent in residential construction or concrete operations.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret construction blueprints and site plans.
  • Essential Skills: Clear, professional communication, superior problem‑solving, and strong organizational/mathematical skills.
  • Licensing: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.

  • 90‑Day Training Program: Comprehensive training is provided, including a gradual transition into the field.
  • Autonomy: A high‑trust environment where you have the freedom to manage your territory as your own business.
  • Performance‑Based Incentives: The company is currently creating a performance‑based bonus program.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Company car or vehicle allowance and cell phone reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, premium health, dental, and vision insurance, and HSA/Flexible Spending Accounts.
