• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites across Greater Boston.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate active residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough.
• Maintain project schedules, documentation, and cost tracking with precision.
• Coordinate daily workflows between site supervisors and trade partners.
• Track permits, inspections, and compliance milestones to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide clear, timely updates to homeowners and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate project records in construction management software.
• Identify potential risks early and elevate appropriately.
• Visit project sites regularly to ensure alignment with plans and timelines.
• Help site teams stay organized and focused on quality execution.
