Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist with Project Management: Support the Project Manager in project execution, scope, proposals, and delivery.
• Coordinate and Track Progress: Monitor schedules, budgets, labor, quality; identify issues and collaborate on solutions.
• Support Field Operations: Work with Foremen/Superintendents to plan, assign, and oversee work tasks.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare project updates and track documentation like invoices and change orders.
• Resource Coordination: Help source and manage materials and subcontractors.
• Safety and Quality Standards: Promote and ensure safety and quality protocols are followed.
• Project Closeout: Verify completion, prepare closeout documentation.
• Customer and Vendor Communication: Facilitate communication and resolve issues.
• Financial Support: Assist with invoicing, change orders, collections.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination or field experience in construction.
• Effective collaboration with teams, subcontractors, clients.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3/31.1 welding standards.
• Experience in air separation, gas processing, or energy construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Support after-hours field needs when required.
• U.S. work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet), ERP systems.
• Experience with PowerBI or Salesforce.
