Job summary

Job description

Insight Global is looking for an Engineering Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support Shell's midstream / downstream operations.

This individual will help manage a high-level project roadmap involving multiple projects, checkpoints, deliverables, and stakeholders. They will be responsible for keeping projects organized, following up on outstanding items, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

This person will work across multiple engineering disciplines, including electrical, automation, piping, and mechanical. They do not need to be a technical expert in every discipline, but they need to be comfortable working with technical teams, understanding engineering documentation, and coordinating information between multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of project coordination, document management, and AutoCAD experience. They need to be comfortable reading redlined engineering drawings, coordinating drawing updates, tracking documentation, and following projects through completion.

This is a junior-level opportunity, so the hiring manager is looking for someone who is gritty, proactive, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable chasing down loose ends rather than someone who already knows everything. Oil & gas experience is strongly preferred but is not required.
