Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support an oil and gas equipment manufacturing customer in Arlington, TX. The role will manage large, technically complex projects from design through testing, shipment, and final delivery.

You will serve as the primary customer contact, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and leadership to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management in engineering/manufacturing/equipment environments.
• Solid understanding of equipment design and manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, documentation, milestones, and invoicing.
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional project management skills.

The Project Manager will serve as the primary customer contact while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, accounting, suppliers, and leadership to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience managing schedules, budgets, documentation, milestones, and invoicing
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional project management skills

Nice to Have

• Oil & gas industry experience
• Subsea, riser, offshore, or highly engineered equipment experience
