Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support an oil and gas equipment manufacturer in Arlington, TX. You will oversee large, highly technical equipment projects from design through testing, shipment and delivery, serving as primary customer contact and coordinating engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing and accounting.

This position is onsite in Arlington, TX, five days per week and offers a $130,000-$135,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience for complex engineering/manufacturing/equipment projects.
• Strong understanding of equipment design and manufacturing processes with ability to coordinate across engineering, purchasing, production and delivery.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, milestones, documentation, invoicing and customer expectations.
• Excellent communication, organization and multitasking skills across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large, highly technical equipment projects from design to testing, shipment and final delivery.
• Serve as the primary customer contact while coordinating with engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, accounting, suppliers and leadership to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor activities, manage documentation and change orders, track milestones and invoices.
• Lead customer status and equipment design reviews and drive deliverables across departments.

• Experience working with international customers, suppliers, or engineering/manufacturing partners.
