The position requires at least 2 years of progressive construction experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Procore or Bluebeam experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and local project assignments.

• Ground Up / Base Building project experience is advantageous.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join our client in the Greenville / Spartanburg area – the successful candidate will be a mid-level Construction Assistant Project Manager with experience within an established commercial General Contractor

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of progressive construction experience as an Assistant Project Manager within a General Contractor.
• Ground Up / Base Building project experience is advantageous
