The Job

We seek a qualified Assistant Project Manager in Dallas, TX, to support onsite project activities, manage service projects, and generate project management deliverables for customer material sales. This position is based in our downtown Dallas office.

Job Duties

• Travel frequently (50%+ nationwide) to customer sites for field support, including material inventories, project kick-offs, inspections, and training.
• Manage service-based projects by coordinating, communicating with stakeholders, and controlling technical aspects.
• Handle subcontractor hiring, negotiations, and project oversight.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Manage warranty claims and vendor negotiations.
• Coordinate warranty installations and quote material and labor costs.

Material Sales Management

• Build and process material-only orders, track shipments, and coordinate delivery.
• Implement project management practices to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with energy incentive activities and warehouse organization.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of professional business experience preferred.
• Team player with ownership mindset.
• Proven ability to exceed customer expectations.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.

Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations

A valid driver’s license is required.
