About the Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting Project Managers in overseeing project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain progress and quality.
• Monitoring project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Supporting preconstruction activities, such as estimating and scheduling.
• Building strong relationships with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Gaining hands-on experience with both new construction and renovation projects.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial construction, with a preference for Medical, Higher Ed, or K-12 projects.
• Familiarity with construction management processes and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
