We’re expanding our Nashville campaign team and recruiting an Assistant Project Coordinator to support the organisation and execution of client marketing projects.
Our projects involve promotional marketing, direct customer engagement, and sales campaigns. They require coordination between people, materials, schedules, and performance objectives.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys keeping work organised but also wants to understand how projects operate beyond a spreadsheet or task list.
You’ll assist with reviewing campaign requirements, organising resources, preparing information for team members, and making sure upcoming activities are ready to proceed.
You’ll help communicate priorities, monitor outstanding tasks, and support colleagues as campaign activities progress. When plans change, you’ll assist with the practical adjustments needed to keep work moving.
You’ll spend time supporting promotional activities, speaking with customers, and learning the sales and customer acquisition processes behind each project. This direct involvement is an important part of understanding the campaigns you’re helping coordinate.
You’ll maintain accurate activity records, help compile results, and support discussions about what went well and what needs attention before the next campaign.
You may have experience coordinating shifts, managing bookings, organising stock, handling administrative tasks, supporting a busy team, or balancing several responsibilities at once.
Those skills can translate well into project coordination.
We’re open to applicants from administration, logistics, retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, and other professional backgrounds. Previous project management experience isn’t required.
The qualities we’re looking for are sound organisation, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to follow through on commitments.
You’ll receive training in campaign procedures, operational coordination, customer engagement, and performance reporting.
The position includes a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses and offers the opportunity to build practical project experience. Additional responsibilities may become available as you demonstrate capability and develop your understanding of campaign operations.
The role is based in Nashville, Tennessee, with a Monday-to-Friday, full-time schedule. All work is conducted in person, including campaign activities involving customer engagement and promotional sales. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not offered.
