Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a dedicated Behavior Specialist to coach in-field, support clinicians, and ensure fidelity of clinical programming. The role includes regular home and community visits, parent education aligned with treatment goals, and collaboration with Training and Operations teams to optimize service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a related Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of ABA experience or BCaBA certification, and reliable transportation to cover multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2+ years of related ABA experience OR 1 year with 12 ABA credits OR BCaBA certification.
• Reliable transportation.
