We work on exciting, technically challenging research and development programs where multidisciplinary teams work closely to address difficult national security needs. Here, you will work in a small company environment where technical and administrative excellence are rewarded, and an entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged. This position will allow applicants to make meaningful contributions to the mission.

  • Track program deliverables and ensure timely submission in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Maintain and improve programmatic processes and tools (documentation templates, tracking mechanisms).
  • Support proposal development, including technical approach, planning, and cost estimation.
  • Coordinate the preparation of presentation material and briefing packages for customer meetings and key engineering events.
  • Manage and distribute meeting minutes and action items to internal and external stakeholders; follow up to ensure timely closure.
  • Help facilitate team communication and documentation cross program areas, including integration of reports, logs, and records.
Required Skills and Attributes

  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and government contracting.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
  • Ability to work proactively and adapt in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Skills and Attributes

  • Prior experience supporting or managing DoD or acquisition programs.
  • DAWIA Certification, PMP, or equivalent program management certification.
  • Experience in technical writing, system documentation, and supporting new business proposals/bids.
  • Familiarity with engineering development, lifecycles, and documentation standards.
  • Understanding of integration verification and test planning processes.
