• DoD network access, CAC credentials, and certifications
• Bachelor's degree or substitution allowed
• 15 years of related experience may substitute for education
• 10+ years in DoD/government/contractor management
• 5+ years personnel, operations, or training support management
• Experience with large-scale training exercises and logistics coordination
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of DoD contracting principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management systems

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in ARSOF and Fort Bragg requirements execution.
• Coordinate training support, role-player management, logistics, and exercise support.
• Monitor contract performance against PWS, QCP, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement operational policies to improve efficiency and mission effectiveness.
• Act as Program Manager in PM absence.
• Maintain relationships with KO, COR, ACORs, and government training leadership.
• Attend planning meetings, IPRs, and AARs; provide reports and recommendations.
• Support staffing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and retention of contract personnel.
• Ensure staffing for all exercises and training events; promote safety and compliance.
• Support development of training plans; forecast resources and support integration.
• Monitor training activities and ensure accurate documentation and metrics.
