Job summary

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support AFLCMC ISR SOF programs at Tinker AFB, OK. You will assist government leadership in managing program execution, acquisition strategies, and lifecycle activities across E-7 and related programs.

The role requires DoD experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with government personnel and contractors to achieve cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Extensive knowledge of DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75 in systems acquisition.
• Experience supporting DoD program execution, reporting, and decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years DoD experience; OR 8+ years related DoD work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop acquisition documentation and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition and program management support to Program Managers and IPT Leads.
• Support compliance with DoD policies, including acquisition documentation reviews and RFP development.
• Develop and implement acquisition strategies aligned with cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Assist with risk management, program performance tracking, and reporting.
• Support Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD initiatives where applicable.
