Northeast Family Services is a premier mental health provider with over 20 years of experience serving children, youth, and families. We are seeking an experienced and LICSW-licensed clinician for the role of Assistant Program Director to help lead our expanding Outpatient Telehealth team!

This is a fully REMOTE, telehealth opportunity!

The Assistant Program Director will serve as a supervising therapist and primary contact for our clients, assisting in the daily oversight and operations of the outpatient telehealth team. Responsibilities include managing direct care staff, overseeing treatment plan implementation, and providing supervision to clinical staff for licensure.

The role includes carrying a caseload of approximately 13 hours in addition to supervisory duties.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's Degree in Social Work
  2. LICSW independent clinical license in Massachusetts — required by time of hire
  3. Minimum of two years experience working with children, youth, and families providing direct treatment services
  4. Experience providing supervision for licensure
  5. Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder
  6. Proficiency in supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals
  7. Bilingual in English and Spanish
  8. Experience in quality management
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  10. Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
  11. Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
