I. Major Responsibilities
  1. Ensuring all clinical services comply with agency policies and procedures.
  2. Managing staff, including interviewing, hiring, and completing documentation.
  3. Ensuring all new staff complete required orientation and training per CHL and CARF standards.
  4. Setting staffing patterns, approving staff time, attendance, and leave; conducting performance reviews and annual evaluations.
  5. Providing clinical supervision to staff and Crisis Support as per CHL and CARF requirements.
Standard Management Level Responsibilities
  1. Supervising personnel, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and training. Making recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, and disciplinary actions. Resolving personnel issues.
  2. Developing and recommending budgets; managing activities to meet financial goals.
  3. Coordinating task assignments and resolving operational problems.
  4. Providing leadership to foster teamwork, motivation, and a respectful environment.
  5. Promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring, promotions, and training.
  6. Participating in performance improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
  7. Maintaining departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  8. Ensuring adequate equipment and supplies.
  9. Maintaining attendance and performing similar duties as required.
II. Position Qualifications

License/Certification/Education:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
  • Independently licensed as LICSW, LMHC, or Psychologist.

Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

III. Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions

Work is sedentary; indoor office environment.
