Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus one year’s experience in a health-related field, or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree plus two years’ experience in a health-related field, or equivalent.
• High School Diploma/GED plus three years’ experience in a health-related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Director to manage program operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide direction, training and support to staff and individuals in the program.
• Provide crisis intervention and report incidents per policy.
• Supervise assigned employees and manage program resources.
• Develop innovative approaches to care and ensure alignment with TSINY mission.
