Responsibilities

• Support Program Director to ensure effective services and housing outcomes.
• Provide direction, training, and supervision to staff.
• Offer crisis intervention and report to Corporate Compliance.
• Conduct regular supervision of staff.
• Develop care approaches with TSINY colleagues.
• Manage financial resources per policy.
• Document according to agency standards.
• Monitor program performance and generate reports.
• Attend agency meetings and cover for the Program Director as needed.
• Maintain eligibility and compliance with regulations.
