Job summary

KidsPeace in Orefield, PA seeks an Assistant Program Director - Residential to help manage daily operations of our residential houses and support at-risk youth. This full-time role centers on implementing behavioral change programs and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment while meeting regulatory requirements.

You will supervise staff across shifts, coordinate schedules, oversee treatment plan delivery, and participate in budget and program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience with direct care for children.
• Criminal background check, child abuse clearance, physical and drug screen required.
• Valid state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate programs and scheduling across residential buildings.
• Ensure safety and quality of staff-child interactions per mission and policy.
• Read, edit, and oversee implementation of individual treatment plans.
• Provide annual trainings for all staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Participate in hiring, supervision, and staff development.
• Schedule campus-wide coverage and shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Manage documentation related to client care.
