KidsPeace in Orefield, PA, is seeking an At-Risk Youth Technician (Mental Health) to provide compassionate care for children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges. The role emphasizes safety, structured routines, and collaboration with on-site education and therapy teams.

You will contribute to a long-term residential program for youth aged 6-18, with evening and weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must attend a paid 2-week corporate training session.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, supportive, structured environment for youth facing emotional/behavioral challenges.
• Support on-site educational and therapeutic services for residents.
• Assist in daily activities and behavior management as part of the residential program.
