Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking an ACCS Assistant Program Director (APD) to lead clinical and administrative activities across multiple community sites. You will work with the Program Director to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery for adults facing mental health and substance use challenges.

The role requires a master's degree in a related field, a strong background in evidence-based practices, and at least one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in social work, psychology, mental health counseling or related field.
• Independent Clinical License highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years with severe and persistent mental illness; recovery-focused experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
• Builds relationships with MA Department of Mental Health and stakeholders for seamless service coordination.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and their application in mental health recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership across multiple sites.
• Oversee daily operations and supervise staff under the Program Director.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies to a high standard.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate community-based mental health services.
• Support program delivery to adults facing mental health and substance use challenges.
