Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services seeks an ACCS Assistant Program Director (APD) to partner with the Program Director in delivering top-tier community-based mental health and substance use services. You will provide essential clinical and administrative leadership across multiple sites, supervising staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or related field.
Independent Clinical License preferred.
3+ years experience with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
At least 1 year supervisory/management experience.
Builds strong relationships with MA Department of Mental Health for service coordination.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices (Stages of Change, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction).
Ability to lead a team, provide supervision, and make effective decisions.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across sites with clinical and administrative leadership.
Supervise staff and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Collaborate with Program Director to ensure effective delivery of community-based mental health and substance use services.
