Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center in Riverside, CA is seeking a preventive compliance manager to oversee program staff and ensure accreditation readiness. The role requires autonomy in a fast-paced environment and direct supervision of staff involved in prevention of sexual abuse compliance.

The position reports to the Program Director and offers an exempt, salaried role with a salary range of $77,000 to $82,000 per year. Bilingual ability in Spanish is preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Experience in social services or childcare preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance and accreditation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direct supervision of program staff.
• Manage fast-paced operations and ensure accreditation readiness.
• Lead prevention of sexual abuse compliance initiatives and incident response.
• Coordinate with law enforcement when needed and supervise staff in home study/inspection functions.
• Maintain confidentiality of incident reports and support crisis interventions.
