Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a clinical or residential setting.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience in residential programming with similar population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical staff and supervision of program site supervisors.
• Ensures compliance with state/federal regulations and organizational policies.
• Coordinates treatment planning and DMH/ACO collaborations.
• Provides training, risk assessment, and supervision for staff.
