Justice Resource Institute Inc. seeks an Assistant Program Director to lead a dynamic clinical team at Centerpoint, a 16-bed IRTP for emotionally disturbed adolescent males.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in psychology, education, social work, or related field.
• At least five years’ experience in a residential treatment program for the population served, with at least three years in a supervisor/management role.
• Experience overseeing multiple departments or systems and strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and valid driver’s license.
• Must be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Director with oversight and leadership of residential, clinical, and nursing staff.
• Provide direct supervision to Centerpoint's Administrative Team including Clinical, Residential, and Nursing Directors.
• Oversee operations of all client services in alignment with licensing and regulatory partners.
