Wayside's site is seeking a flexible, creative, and mission-driven Assistant Program Director for an innovative, evidence-based treatment model in Massachusetts, the Program for Assertive Community Treatment for Youth (PACT-Y). This role involves overseeing program operations alongside the Program Director, providing clinical supervision, and managing a small caseload of direct care. The position requires extensive experience with youth and young adults with mental health issues and an independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000/year depending on experience, with a sign-on bonus (half paid after 30 days, half after 90 days, pro-rated for part-time).

The role reports to the Program Director and involves contributing to a supportive and inclusive site culture.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate multitasking ability, excellent communication centered on equity, alignment with agency values, and experience in program management and clinical supervision. A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
We will train you in Motivational Interviewing, ARC, Courageous Conversations, and Trauma-Informed Practices.
