In partnership with the Program Director, the Assistant Program Director is responsible for providing leadership and supporting daily operations of our client care programs. The role includes staff development, treatment coordination, and supporting effective implementation of all in-home treatments. The individual will help ensure programs comply with state and federal guidelines and will also manage a caseload. This position reports to the Program Director.

Qualifications
  • Active Independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC)
  • Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
  • Minimum of two years experience working directly with children, youth, and families
  • Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Proficiency in supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals
  • Experience in quality management is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle
