Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Program Director, oversees program functions and operations for multiple programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) within the assigned region. This includes direct supervision of Program Supervisors and indirect supervision of direct support and other program staff (e.g., Assistant Supervisors, DSPs, etc.), or direct supervision of programs in the absence of a supervisor. The Assistant Program Director is responsible for all aspects of the assigned programs and interfaces with Program Supervisors, regulatory agencies (e.g., OPWDD, DDD), Quality, Compliance, Training, and other support departments to promote community integration, inclusion, and ensure the health, wellness, safety, and needs of the individuals supported.
Ensure that the training provided and work performed by the program staff meet Federal, State, Local, and agency compliance and regulatory standards. The Assistant Program Director is involved in the growth and development of the assigned program staff and provides feedback for performance evaluations. Serve as an administrative resource for assigned Program Supervisors, providing guidance, resources, and additional training as necessary. Develop and maintain working relationships with families, service providers, regulatory agencies, and community members.

Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 annually
