Supportive Concepts for Families is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead behavioral health supports, supervise Residential Specialists, and ensure high-quality care across CLAs. You will coordinate medication management, meal planning, and scheduling while maintaining strict regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in human services or related field.
• Knowledge of and ability to work with individuals with mental health diagnoses.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a meaningful day for consumers.
• Oversee the CLA and cleaning charts; ensure monthly fire drills are conducted.
• Supervise Residential Specialists and coordinate medical appointments/medication management with the PC.
• Participate in on-call rotation and plan call coverage.
• Facilitate staff trainings and review documentation daily.
