UCLA Health Sciences seeks an Assistant Educational Volunteer Coordinator to support a large volunteer and participant community within its Clinical Research and Educational Volunteer Program.
You will coordinate onboarding, track compliance, coordinate orientations, and help maintain accurate records while collaborating with faculty, staff, students, and volunteers to ensure a positive educational and research volunteer experience on campus.
As the Assistant Educational Volunteer Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and administering UCLA Health Sciences' Clinical Research and Educational Volunteer Program, serving a community of more than 700 volunteers and participants engaged in specialized programs. This position is responsible for coordinating volunteer and student onboarding, compliance tracking, training, and program administration to ensure participants meet institutional requirements and are appropriately placed within the UCLA Health Sciences campus.
You will also work closely with faculty, staff, students, and volunteers to provide guidance on program policies, maintain accurate records, review service assignments, and support ongoing compliance and educational requirements. The role also contributes to the development and improvement of program materials, coordinates orientations and recognition events, and serves as a resource for faculty mentors and volunteers.
You will work as a team player, collaboratively with the Volunteer Services Team and campus partners, to ensure program operations align with institutional policies while supporting a positive and meaningful volunteer experience.

Hourly Salary Range: $31.88 - $45.66
