Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Four or more years of college teaching experience (96+ credits).
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student and staff populations.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Teach thirty (30) credit hours per academic year in assigned discipline.
• Deliver courses in lecture, hybrid, and online formats; day and evening offerings.
• Respond to students, peers, and external partners; participate in governance activities.
• Develop and update curricula, syllabi, and instructional materials.
• Assist with program reviews, accreditation activities, and related tasks.
• Coordinate program events and internships; recruit and retain students.
• Attend workshops and conferences to maintain currency in the field.
