This individual will ensure that residents receive high-quality, comprehensive training in general dentistry, while maintaining compliance with accreditation standards, institutional policies, and best practices in dental education. The GPR Program Director will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and residents to deliver exceptional educational experiences and contribute to the ongoing development of the program. Core responsibilities will include didactic, clinical instruction and curriculum development; mentoring doctoral students; and participation in college, university, and community service. Candidates must demonstrate a passion for dental education. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to contribute to and participate in a humanistic and inclusive environment of learning and discovery.
