Job summary

The role oversees program operations, curriculum, and accreditation compliance, guiding residents through comprehensive general dentistry training.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD or equivalent and CODA-accredited GPR certification.
• Ohio dental license and hospital privileges requirements.
• Strong teaching and mentoring abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, administration, and academic components of the GPR program.
• Provide resident supervision, mentorship, and evaluation; coordinate scheduling and rotations.
• Collaborate with faculty and departments to deliver high-quality clinical and didactic education.
• Maintain accreditation readiness, participate in site visits, and ensure compliance with CODA standards.
• Engage with community and professional organizations to promote the program and opportunities for residents.
• Support curriculum development, research involvement, and professional development for residents and faculty.
