• 404: Wednesday - Saturday (week 1) / Thursday - Saturday (week 2): 6pm- 6am

Job Description

Based on site in Florence, KY, the Assistant Production Supervisor will oversee production processes and assist the Supervisor in establishing production priorities, ensuring effective operations and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and label materials and carts; escalate unresolved issues.
• Observe operators and verify adherence to visual aids; investigate discrepancies.
• Hold team members accountable to processes.
• Escalate issues as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, especially regarding confidentiality and professionalism.
• Lead with tact, empathy, and respect, fostering open communication.
• Ensure training sign-off sheets are submitted within 24 hours of new documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize production and resource utilization.
• Review operational reports to identify and address nonconformities and problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Applied Science, or Engineering preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience on the production floor or equivalent combination of education and training.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and industry is a plus.
• Financial and analytical skills are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email required.
