Job summary

The role includes shift scheduling, staff training, and ensuring quality and productivity are met.

You will lead cotton washing and finishing processes, work closely with maintenance, and uphold Crown Laundry’s safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soilroom and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Ensure adequate staffing through effective scheduling and labor cost management.
• Oversee ironing and tumble fold areas to meet targets.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct monthly safety discussions.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Generate timely production reports and communicate targets and achievements.
