• Direct production activities in the absence of the Production Manager.
• Provide on-the-job training to Foremen and enforce safety policies.
• Coordinate with HR, procurement, maintenance, and QA to optimize production.
• Review production reports to identify nonconformities and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering to modify equipment for quality improvements.
