Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Produce Manager to lead one of the busiest teams in our Reno store. You will help customers make healthy choices and ensure the Produce department runs smoothly with excellent service.

Responsibilities include assisting the Produce Manager with ordering, inventory control, training the Produce team, maintaining freshness, and upholding safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic knowledge of math, weights and measures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Produce Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Produce team.
• Coordinate merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Maintain freshness standards by proper receiving, processing, packaging, pricing, signage, displaying, and rotation.
