Job summary

Brillante Academy seeks a mission-driven leader for the role of Assistant Principal of Student Services. The position centers on special education services, MTSS implementation, and staff development to meet diverse learner needs.

You will oversee SPED teachers and related service providers, drive MTSS across classrooms, and partner with families to ensure compliant, high-quality instruction and supports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master’s preferred for leadership.
• Must hold Texas Special Education certification.
• Experience leading MTSS/RTI initiatives and partnerships with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision and implementation of special education and student services.
• Coordinate MTSS/RTI with fidelity across campus and ARD processes.
• Coach and develop the Student Services Team including SPED teachers.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements, including PEIMS.
• Collaborate with Principal and ILT to support diverse learners.
