Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MA) from an accredited college or university.
• Professional Certification in Educational Leadership in applicable state.
• Two to five years relevant experience (in school administration preferred).
• Experience in student instruction.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the principal in establishing and maintaining an effective learning climate and the overall administration of the school.
• Serve as acting Principal when the regular Principal is unavailable and oversee school operations.
• Lead recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes for staff, ensuring compliance with policy and law.
• Promote two-way communication with students, staff, parents, and community to support educational programs.
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain personnel records in accordance with CSUSA policy.
