The incumbent will lead with a focus on curriculum, assessment, MTSS, PBIS familiarity, and professional development to improve teaching and learning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in administration or related field required.
• School Administrators License required.
• Minimum five (5) years of certified teaching experience; dean experience preferred.
• Effective or Highly Effective summative evaluations in the last three years.
• Three confidential references within the last eighteen months, from supervisor and others.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership under the principal for the school's mission, vision, and core beliefs.
• Involve staff, parents, students and community in goal setting and decision procedures.
• Assess teaching methods and ensure effective classroom management and planning.
• Recruits, selects and organizes staff to support the district's strategic plan.
• Oversee budget implications and ensure safe, orderly climate for learning.
