KIPP Texas Public Schools in Dallas-Fort Worth is seeking an Assistant Principal of Student Support (APSS) to lead multilingual program initiatives within the MTSS framework. You will coach teachers, align language development with Tier 1 instruction, and ensure emergent bilingual students access rigorous content in both languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college (required).
• Texas Bilingual Teacher Certification (required).
• Texas ELAR and ESL Teacher Certification (required).
• 2 years of teaching experience (required).
• 1 year teacher-leader experience with coaching (required).
• Preferred: experience with historically underserved communities and school leadership (optional).

Responsibilities

• Drive multilingual program delivery and MTSS integration within classrooms.
• Coach teachers on language instruction strategies and provide feedback.
• Lead professional development on content-based language instruction.
• Monitor MTSS progress and coordinate language development supports.
• Engage families and lead culturally responsive initiatives.
