Job summary

Sentara is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager in Virginia Beach to support daily operations in the practice. You will supervise staff, assign work, and provide guidance on employee relations, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient service.

As acting lead in the Practice Manager’s absence, you will coordinate tasks, manage timekeeping, and oversee multiple projects to sustain performance and quality care. A strong clerical background and teamwork mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of clerical experience required.
• 1 year of related experience required.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
